Bill Lyons

Bill Lyons is an accomplished data science and technology professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since April 2000, Bill has served as Principal Data Scientist at Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks, focusing on advising executives in strategic directions regarding fundraising and departmental performance indicators. Bill's previous roles there included Business Intelligence Advisor and Vice President of Business and Data Analysis, overseeing multiple technology-related departments and major broadcast infrastructure projects. Additionally, Bill has contributed to public service as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Lincoln, CA, since January 2011. Earlier career highlights include positions such as Board Member and Vice President for both Brockport Licenses, LLC and El Dorado Licenses, Inc., and technology leadership roles at various organizations including Howell Mountain Broadcasting Company and Silver Oak Cellars. Bill holds multiple degrees from Pacific Union College, including a BS in Communications with an emphasis in Broadcasting.
