Lauren Baird

Lauren Baird is a Senior Procurement Analyst at the City of Little Rock since July 2023, focusing on enhancing compliance and cost-saving initiatives through the review of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts. Previously, Lauren served as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Student Enrollment, Engagement & Success at Texas A&M University-Texarkana from February 2016 to May 2022, managing administrative functions across multiple departments. Lauren also held the role of Administrative Associate/Partner, where responsibilities included budget management and event planning. Earlier experience as Barn Manager at the University of Arkansas involved overseeing staff and managing horse care activities. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Texas A&M University-Texarkana and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Arkansas.
