Tinnin Hayes is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and technology, currently serving as a Traffic Engineering Specialist (Senior) for the City of Little Rock since September 2018. Prior experience includes roles as an Automation Technician at Tyson Foods and a Transmission Line Inspector at JS Inspect, where Tinnin was responsible for diagnosing issues with power lines. Additionally, Tinnin held positions as a Power Reliability Engineer at Domtar and a Project Reliability Engineer at Weyerhaeuser, focusing on reliability concepts and predictive maintenance for machinery. The journey in technology began with a hands-on role at The Home Theater Store/Car Stereo Express, where Tinnin excelled in installation and sales. Tinnin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Arkansas Tech University, completed in 2012.
