Kristen Hilton is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Livermore since August 2019, following a tenure as a Senior Human Resources Analyst. Prior to this, Kristen held the position of Sr. Team Member Relations Partner at 24 Hour Fitness, where responsibilities included conducting investigations into allegations such as harassment and discrimination. Kristen's experience also encompasses roles as an Executive Analyst for the City of San José, managing administrative complaints and personnel investigations, and as an Associate at Boornazian, Jensen & Garthe, overseeing complex civil litigation. Earlier career positions include Community Services Program Coordinator and legal internships, showcasing a strong background in program management and legal research. Kristen holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology Law & Society and Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
