Cari Rubin

Cari Rubin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, GBA, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of Livingston since October 2023, with a commitment to making a difference every day. Prior experience includes roles as Director of People at Montage International and Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Human Resources department, succession planning, and recruitment efforts. Previously, Cari held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at One Steamboat Place and Timbers Resorts, and worked in various HR capacities at Signature Aviation plc and Benefitfocus. With over 25 years of experience in human resources within the hospitality industry, Cari has developed expertise in employee relations, compliance, training, and benefits management. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
