Christine Donnelly

Christine Donnelly has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Christine currently holds the position of Management Services Director/Finance Director/City Treasurer at the City of Lompoc since January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Financial Services Manager at the same company from August 2021 to April 2022. Christine also served as the Accounting and Revenue Manager at the City of Lompoc from August 2019 to July 2021.

Before joining the City of Lompoc, Christine was the Accounting Manager at the El Paso County Clerk and Recorder's Office from October 2018 to August 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Accountant at El Paso County, Colorado, USA from August 2015 to October 2018.

Christine also has experience working in the non-profit sector. Christine served as the Accounting Manager at Children's HopeChest from February 2013 to August 2015. Prior to that, they worked at H & R Block as a Senior Tax Advisor 3 & Office Manager from October 2006 to April 2014.

Earlier in their career, Christine worked as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at David C. Cook from June 2003 to April 2004. Christine also served as a Full Charge Bookkeeper at Integrity Christian Fellowship from October 2000 to December 2002.

Christine'swork experience also includes a role as a Short Term Outreach Coordinator at Youth With A Mission from September 1991 to February 1997.

In addition, Christine had an internship at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory from 1985 to 1989.

Christine Donnelly pursued their education in a chronological manner. Christine began their academic journey at UC San Diego from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Later, they attended Regis University and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting from 2010 to 2013. Continuing their quest for knowledge, Christine completed a Post-Graduate Executive Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Regis University between 2014 and 2016.
