Kelly Dalton

Kelly Dalton serves as the IT Manager for the City of London, Canada, since February 2016, focusing on the management and support of Enterprise Applications, particularly the AMANDA platform. Previously, Dalton held the role of IT Manager for Shared Application Services at TD Bank from September 2010 to January 2016, where a shared service team was developed to manage over 120 web services.
