Teresa Loucks

Teresa Loucks serves as the Operational Manager for Ontario Works at the City of London, Canada, since October 2023, after holding various positions within the City since March 2006, including Community Services Support Specialist and Intensive Case Manager. With a focus on supporting individuals and families facing barriers to employment, Teresa has also acted as a Job Developer, bridging communication between Ontario Works participants and community agencies. In addition to work at the City, Teresa holds the position of Vice President/Chief Steward for CUPE 101 since November 2016 and has volunteered with organizations such as Youth Opportunities Unlimited and the United Way of London and Middlesex. Teresa has a diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Fanshawe College and previously specialized in hearing impairment as an Educational Assistant for 15 years.
