Ruth Johnson

Ruth Johnson has over seven years of experience in human resources within law enforcement agencies. Currently serving as the Head of Workforce Planning at the City of London Police since April 2018, Ruth has also held roles including Head of HR Attraction, Recruitment and Promotion, and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes working as an HR Officer at South Yorkshire Police from May 2016 to March 2018. Ruth obtained a BA (Hons) in Sport and Recreation Development from Leeds Beckett University between 2001 and 2004.
