Gina Perino

Gina Perino is an experienced professional in human resources and management, currently serving as the Compensation and Benefits Manager for the City of Longmont since January 2022. Previous roles include Co-Owner at 4 Corners Business Partners LLC from May 2018 to January 2022, Human Resources Manager at Parelli Natural Horsemanship in 2019, and Human Resources Director for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe from August 2005 to June 2018. Early in their career, Gina held the position of Office Manager at Bechtolt Engineering from August 1999 to September 2005. Gina earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University, completing the program in July 2021.
