Guy Singer

Guy Singer has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Engineering for the City of Lorain since March 2018. Prior to this role, Guy Singer worked as a Quality Process Engineer at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District from July 2013 to February 2018 and as a Consulting Engineer for the Division of Water from August 1998 to 2014. Guy Singer holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University, obtained between 1994 and 1997, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, completed from 1988 to 1992.
