Brendan Flynn

Brendan Flynn is a seasoned finance and operations professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as ARPA Finance Manager and Deputy Director of Finance for Health and Human Services at the City of Lowell since November 2017, Brendan has previously held significant positions, including Director of IT Infrastructure at Blue Bird Technologies, LLC., and Director of Purchasing and Operations at Blue Cod Technologies, Inc. Additional expertise includes a role as Purchasing Manager at Bottomline Technologies and Operations Manager at Sapient.
