Tiffany Rhiger

Tiffany Rhiger is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate with the City of Mankato since August 2023. Tiffany also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Cold Rush LLC, operating under the name Tropical Sno, since March 2022, a business inspired by a passion for shave ice and family traditions. Prior to these roles, Tiffany worked at the Mayo Clinic from October 2017 to August 2023, where responsibilities included Pre-Certification/Prior Authorization for Surgical services and financial counseling. Tiffany started a career in finance as an Agent with New York Life Insurance Company and also gained extensive experience in customer service as a Supervisor and Technical Support Expert at Verizon Wireless. Tiffany is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business from Strayer University, complementing previous education at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
