Ed O'Donnell

Ed O'Donnell has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to information technology and electronics. Ed began their career as an Avionics Electronics Technician in the United States Air Force, where they worked from 1983 to 1987. After that, they joined Audiosonic Service as an Electronics Technician from 1987 to 1989. In 1995, they joined the City of Columbia Heights as an MIS Coordinator and worked there till 1999. Since 1999, they have been associated with the City of Maple Grove, Minnesota. Ed initially worked as a Senior Network Administrator, where they co-managed the Information Technology Department and was responsible for various tasks such as strategic direction, network design, website management, and budget oversight. In 2016, they were promoted to the position of Director of Information Technology, where they continue to lead and oversee the IT operations for the city.

Ed O'Donnell attended Columbia Heights High School from 1980 to 1983. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a concentration in Computers at St. Cloud State University from 1989 to 1993.
