Natalie Kovach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and reporting. Since July 2008, Natalie has served as a Business System Analyst for the City of Maple Ridge, where expertise in analyzing and improving business processes has been demonstrated. Prior to this role, Natalie was a Business Reporting Specialist at ECare Contact Centers from September 1997 to June 2008, contributing valuable skills in data analysis and reporting.
