Caleb Norris

Caleb Norris serves as the Mayor of Maumelle, Arkansas, and has held this position since January 2013, concurrently acting as the City Attorney, representing various city bodies, including the City Council and the Planning Commission. In addition to these roles, Caleb Norris was an Alderman for Ward 4, Position 1. Previously, Caleb Norris worked as a Staff Attorney for the Arkansas Municipal League from February 2013 to December 2014, focusing on litigation and consultation in the Municipal Legal Defense Program. Prior to that, Caleb Norris practiced as an Attorney at Law at Norris Law Firm from October 2012 to February 2013. Caleb Norris holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy with a minor in Economics from the University of Central Arkansas.
