Patrick Hogan has extensive experience in animal control and rescue, currently serving as an Animal Control Officer and Animal Inspector for the City of Medford since August 2006. Previous roles include Animal Control Officer and Animal Inspector for the City of Boston from April 2000 to August 2006, and various positions in animal care and management, including Shelter Agent at the Animal Rescue League of Boston and Assistant Animal Control Officer in Canton, MA. In addition to professional roles, Hogan contributed as a Volunteer Board Member for the Boston Animal Rescue Collaborative from December 2020 to December 2021. Hogan holds an Information Technology Certificate from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an Animal Shelter Management Certificate from the University of the Pacific's Benerd College.
