Amir Zaki

Amir Zaki is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and operations. Currently serving as the Finance Manager for the City of Menifee since November 2022, Amir oversees the Finance Department's daily functions, including financial monitoring, forecasting, and reporting. Prior to this role, Amir held various positions with the County of San Diego from October 2015 to November 2022, progressing from Contract Auditor to Principal Accountant and Head of Finance and Budget. Experience also includes significant roles at the County of Los Angeles, LA's Insurance, Orascom Hotels & Development, Microsoft, and ExxonMobil, where Amir demonstrated expertise in financial controls, customer service, and operational management. Amir holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University, completed in 2001.
