James Decrisantis M.Ed. is the CEO of Iolaire Development and has been serving as a K9 Handler with a specialization in Firearms Detection at the City of Meriden Police Department since October 2006. James also holds the title of Team Leader/SWAT Operator and Police Officer at the same department.
