Derek Licata

Derek Licata has over 29 years of law enforcement experience, serving as a Police Officer for the City of Methuen since November 1994, and as an Adjunct Instructor in Criminal Justice at Northern Essex Community College since January 2002. Prior to these roles, Derek held the position of Special Police Officer at the Hampton Police Department from November 1991 to December 1994. Academically, Derek earned a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Western New England University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Social Service Professions from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
