Daphne Xu

Daphne Xu, AICP, is an Associate Planner with the City of Middleton, Wisconsin, since August 2019, where responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive plans, reviewing development proposals, updating municipal codes, and staffing various city commissions. Prior experience includes serving as a Research and Analysis Intern at the Southern California Association of Governments, focusing on regional transportation planning, an Innovation Intern with the City of Peoria addressing issues like Combined Sewer Overflow, and a Community Engagement Intern at the Center for Asian Americans United for Self Empowerment promoting civic engagement. Daphne Xu holds a Master of Planning from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
