P.s. Chet Shuler

Chet Shuler, P.S. has extensive experience in the field of engineering and geographic information systems. Currently serving as GIS Administrator for the City of Middletown since March 1996, Chet is responsible for designing street improvements, overseeing construction projects, mapping city utilities, maintaining inventory, and developing GIS applications for various departments. Prior to this role, Chet worked as an Engineering Technician at the Preble County Engineer's Office from March 1988 to March 1996, where duties included inspecting bridges and participating in the in-house design of structures and paving programs. Chet's educational background includes attendance at Preble Shawnee High and further studies at Sinclair Community College.
