Jennifer Frescaz

Jennifer Frescaz is a seasoned professional in information technology and management, currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Information Officer for the City of Midland since February 2017. Frescaz has successfully created a Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign and established the city's first IT Project Management Office initiative. Previously, from January 2009 to February 2013, Frescaz worked as the Information Systems Manager, overseeing division operations, budget management, staff recruitment, and the development of standard operating procedures. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Analyst, where responsibility included business analysis for ERP projects and managing technology initiatives. Academic qualifications consist of an M.B.A. and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from West Texas A&M University.
