Charmaine David Angelo

Charmaine David Angelo is an accomplished Public Information Officer with extensive experience in communications and marketing. Currently serving the City of Milpitas since August 2020, Charmaine has also held roles such as Deputy Public Information Manager at the City of San José and Bureau of the Census Specialist with the U.S. Census Bureau. As a Pro Bono Consultant at the Taproot Foundation, Charmaine has contributed valuable expertise since 2010. Previous positions include Vice President and Managing Director at IW Group, Strategic Planner at J. Walter Thompson, and CRM Lead at McCann Erickson. Charmaine holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
