Anissa Welch

Anissa Welch currently serves as a Board Member for the YMCA of Northern Rock County Charitable Foundation since June 2021. Welch has extensive experience in public service with the City of Milton, Wisconsin, having held various roles including Chair of the Community Development Authority, Mayor, Chair of the Plan Commission, and Alderperson since April 2011. Additionally, Welch has worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer for Rock County since January 1993 and served as a Board Member for the League of Wisconsin Municipalities from November 2018 to October 2021. Anissa Welch holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
