Ryan Dyar

Ryan Dyar, AICP, currently serves as an Associate Planner for the City of Milwaukie since November 2021, following a tenure as an Assistant Planner. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Planner at Marion County Oregon from November 2020 to November 2021 and as a Natural Hazard Mitigation Planning Intern at the Department of Land Conservation and Development between August 2019 and July 2020. Ryan's earlier work involved various positions at Impact NW from November 2015 to September 2018, culminating in the role of Program Supervisor. Ryan Dyar holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University, achieved between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Illinois Wesleyan University (2010-2014). Additionally, Ryan is engaged in further education through the Associated Colleges of the Midwest and The University of Edinburgh, both since 2014.
