Jordan Gilgenbach

Jordan Gilgenbach began their work experience in 2004 as a Photo Lab Tech, Pharmacy Tech, and Cashier at Walgreens. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Worker at J&J Softserve and as a Customer Service Associate at Kohl's Department Stores. In 2010, they also worked as an Apple Computers Campus Representative at Volt Technical Resources and as a Summer PR Intern at the Greater Mankato Convention and Visitors Bureau. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Work Study for Minnesota State University, Mankato. Their most recent positions include Communications Coordinator at the City of Edina from 2011 to 2016, with a role as Digital Communications Coordinator at the City of Minneapolis from 2016.

Jordan Gilgenbach attended Owatonna Senior High School from 2003 to 2007. After completing high school, they enrolled at Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 2007 to 2010, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations, along with a minor in Economics. In 2023, Jordan began pursuing a Graduate degree in Strategic Communication at the University of Minnesota, which they completed in 2025.
