Richard Parocha

Richard Parocha has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Richard is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at the City of Minneapolis, where they serve as a strategic business partner and supervisor. In this role, they provide consultation on various HR-related issues, such as unit restructures, workforce planning, performance management, and policy interpretation.
