Mario Gutierrez Eit

Mario Gutierrez, EIT, has extensive experience in civil and transportation engineering, currently serving as an Associate Engineer (Traffic) for the City of Mission Viejo since October 2021. Previously, Mario held the position of Senior Engineer at Iteris, Inc. from November 2017 to October 2021, and worked as a Transportation Engineer at DKS Associates from August 2015 to November 2017. Earlier roles included engineering positions at RK Engineering Group, Inc., where Mario progressed from Designer I to Engineer II, emphasizing project management and compliance with governing standards. Additionally, Mario contributed to a mock “Green” roadway design project for the City of Irvine while working with Tetra Tech in 2011.
