Jobi Mathew

Jobi Mathew has been with the City of Missouri City since August 2001, currently serving as the Director of Innovation & Technology. In this role, Jobi leads the development and implementation of innovative technological solutions to enhance efficiency and modernization across various city departments and services. Jobi previously held the titles of IT Manager, Desktop Services Specialist III - Lead, and IT Support Technician within the organization. Jobi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Houston - Downtown.
