Andrea Mantilla

Andrea Mantilla currently serves as the Community Engagement Coordinator for the City of Mobile, AL, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Andrea held roles including Teen Mentor Coordinator and Teen Mentor within the same organization, where significant contributions included the creation of the Breakthrough Teens Program. Additional experience includes positions as Sales Administrator at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort and Spa, Client Advisor at BMW of Mobile, and Service Advisor at Group 1 Automotive. Previously, Andrea worked as an Administrative Assistant at Jade Construction Group Inc. and as an Executive Personal Assistant for a member of the Colombian House of Representatives. Early career experience includes serving as a Client Service Representative at Banco de Occidente. Andrea holds degrees in Business Administration and Management, as well as Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Politécnico Grancolombiano and the University of South Alabama.
