Rob Barnard

Rob Barnard serves as the Wastewater Treatment Operations Manager for the City of Moline, a position held since March 2019, culminating a 29-year career with the city in various roles. Rob's education includes two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Physics, one completed in 1985 and another in Physics/Business from Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois.
