Les Russell

Les Russell serves as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Monroe, Georgia, since April 2018, overseeing all employee programs including health and pension plans for a city that provides various essential services. In addition, Russell has operated as a consultant through Russell Management Works, LLC since September 2013, delivering human resources, management, leadership, business, and marketing services to clients such as Veracity Payments and Atrium Hospitality. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Paradies from March 1998 to September 2013, managing HR for a large North American airport food and retail concessionaire, and as Senior Manager of HR for American Retail Group's Shared Services from April 1996 to February 1998. Russell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from the University of Georgia.
