Teresa Campo Mpa

Teresa Campo, MPA, currently serves as the Community Development Manager for the City of Monroe, NC, a role held since January 2017. In this position, Teresa leads the Community Development Division and coordinates initiatives such as the National League of Cities, Department of Labor Good Jobs Great Cities Academy. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Development Analyst and Community Development Specialist in the City of Wilmington, NC, from May 2008 to December 2016, where responsibilities encompassed urban planning, revitalization, environmental studies, grant administration, and public outreach. Teresa holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Shaw University.
