Bill Moritz

Bill Moritz has a diverse background in construction and code enforcement, with experience as a Building Inspector, Building Technician, and Code Enforcement Officer. Prior to their current role at the City of Monterey, Bill served as CEO and On-Site Builder at Wm W Moritz Construction, where Bill managed all operational responsibilities for construction projects. Before that, Bill ran Moritz Repair, focusing on home repairs and small remodeling. Bill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and Medical Anthropology from San Diego State University, as well as a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College.
