Chris Schmidt

Chris Schmidt is a Senior Associate Planner at The City of Monterey, a position held since March 2017, and previously served as an Associate Planner there. Prior experience includes work as an Assistant Planner at EMC Planning Group from November 2014 to March 2017, where responsibilities encompassed project graphic and map design using Esri ArcGIS software and data analysis for project planning, as well as marketing support for project proposals. Chris also interned in engineering office stormwater at The City of Monterey in 2012. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, both obtained from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2009 and 2014.
