Dale Hamilton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dale started their career in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Loadmaster, ensuring the proper loading and securing of equipment. After leaving the military, they worked as an Electrician for Dixie Electric Co., Inc. and Capital City Electric Co., Inc. In 1994, they established their own company, Hamilton Electric Co., Inc., where they provided electrical contracting services for industrial, commercial, and residential projects. In 2001, Dale joined the City of Montgomery Building Department as an Electrical Inspector and later became the Chief Electrical Inspector, supervising a team of inspectors. Dale'sresponsibilities included inspecting various types of electrical construction, including new, remodeling, and additions. Dale's expertise encompasses a wide range of electrical work, from troubleshooting electrical problems to overseeing large-scale projects.

Dale Hamilton's education history includes an apprenticeship in Electrician at Associated Builders and Contractors from 1986 to 1990. Prior to that, they attended Auburn University at Montgomery in 1985-1986 to take freshman classes, although no degree was obtained.

Furthermore, Dale Hamilton has obtained various certifications, such as Electrical Inspector One and Two Family Dwelling as well as Electrical Inspector, General from the International Association of Electrical Inspectors in November 2012. Dale also acquired a Certified Municipal Manager credential from the Alabama Training Institute at Auburn University Montgomery in May 2011. Additionally, Dale Hamilton holds certifications as an International Code Council Commercial Electrical Inspector and a Residential Electrical Inspector obtained in 2007. Lastly, they obtained a State of Alabama Electrical Contractors License in August 1992.
