Ricardo Singleton

Ricardo Singleton is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Veterans Service Representative for the City of Mount Vernon since December 2021. With two decades of experience as a Case Manager at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, covering the period from February 2000 to February 2020, Ricardo brings significant expertise to their current role. Additionally, Ricardo has a distinguished military background, having served as a Lieutenant Colonel and Civil Affairs Officer in the United States Army Reserve for 40 years, retiring in June 2014.
