Jennifer A.

Jennifer A. currently serves as the Direct Housing Implementation Team (DHIT) IA Branch Director for the Recovery Division at FEMA, overseeing disaster housing response and recovery efforts. Additional roles include participation in the Community Development Block Grant Advisory Committee with the City of Napa and previously serving as Deputy Public Assistance Group Supervisor at FEMA, where strategies for a $17 billion COVID Public Assistance Recovery operation were developed. Prior experience includes managing a portfolio of Public Assistance Recovery projects and coordinating funding for COVID Disaster Recovery efforts across Federal agencies. Jennifer has also worked as a Strategic Project Manager for the County of Marin, where significant grant programs for low-income populations were designed and implemented, and held various leadership roles within emergency management and social services. Jennifer holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Anderson University.
