Becky Freisleben

Becky Freisleben currently serves as a Benefits and Leave Specialist for the City of New Berlin, a role taken on in August 2023. Prior to this, Becky held positions at Waukesha County from November 2014 to July 2023, including Human Resources/Benefits Assistant and Human Resources Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed processing new hires and terminations, managing employee benefit changes, overseeing wellness events, and conducting new employee orientations. Becky also served as a Human Resources/Safety Administrator at the City of New Berlin from August 2010 to November 2014, and began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Losik Engineering Design Group from February 2002 to December 2007. Becky holds an Associate's degree from Waukesha County Technical College.
