Gregory D'Elia

Gregory D'Elia currently serves as a Lieutenant with the City of Newark, Delaware, where responsibilities include shift and unit supervision, leadership, and management since June 2002. In addition, Gregory D'Elia holds the position of President at the Police Athletic and Activities League of Newark Delaware and serves as a Lead Instructor in police leadership for the NJSACOP Command & Leadership. As a Master Instructor with the Delaware Police Officer Standards and Training Commission, Gregory is involved in the development and certification of police instructors. Furthermore, Gregory D'Elia participates as a Joint Terrorism Task Force Officer with the FBI and previously led as President of the Fraternal Order of Police Newark Lodge #4 from 2010 to 2015. Academically, Gregory D'Elia is pursuing a postgraduate degree at the FBI National Academy and holds a Master of Science in Administration of Justice: Police Leadership from Wilmington University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Penn State University.
