Jolanda Williams is an experienced public administration professional currently serving as the Deputy Municipal Administrator for the City of Newark, a position held since June 2008. In this role, Jolanda oversees the Office of Partnerships and Grants Management, focusing on the management of various federal grants, including the Community Development Block Grant and others associated with HUD. Previous positions include Director of Innovation and Performance Management and Director of the Office of Partnerships and Grants Management, where responsibilities encompassed budget management, program oversight, and the development of innovative processes.
