Andrew Levine

Andrew Levine has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Andrew served as the Chief of Staff at the City of Newburyport since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Administrative Services at the Town of Billerica from June 2021 to January 2022. From October 2018 to June 2021, they held the position of TDI Operations Officer at MassDevelopment, and concurrently served as the TDI Program and Project Manager from May 2017 to June 2021. Andrew also worked as the Government Relations Coordinator at The Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the U.S. Senate from July 2014 to August 2015. At Match Education, they held the roles of Site Director for Match Corps: Lawrence from July 2013 to June 2014, and Director of Outreach for Match Tutors from July 2012 to June 2013. Andrew gained internship experience at the United States Senate in Senator Chuck Schumer's office from January 2011 to May 2011. Additionally, they interned at United Jewish Communities' Washington Office in 2009. Andrew's work experience also includes a role as an Organizer for Obama for America in 2008.

Andrew Levine completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government at Georgetown University from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master in Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School between 2015 and 2017.
