Triniece Robertson

Triniece Robertson, MHRM, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of Newton, KS, since December 2023, following a role as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the City of Cedar Park. With extensive experience in various HR management positions, Triniece has contributed to organizations such as St. Edward's University and Leander ISD, focusing on talent acquisition, compensation management, and system optimization. Triniece's career encompasses roles in the City of Round Rock and City of Austin, where strategic collaboration with leadership and implementation of effective HR processes were key responsibilities.
