Jennifer Emerson

Jennifer Emerson is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding. Currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at the City of Noblesville since March 2023, Jennifer previously held the position of Benefits and Payroll Assistant at Mt. Vernon Community School Corporation, where responsibilities included conducting new hire orientations, managing onboarding paperwork, and processing payroll for approximately 600 employees. Earlier roles involved data management and support within educational settings, as well as a foundational position as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Delta Faucet Company. Jennifer holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Purdue University, completed in 1994.
