Kristen McGraw Condron

Kristen McGraw Condron is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in behavioral health and community support services. Currently serving as the Division Head for Adult Behavioral Health and Community Support Services with the City of Norfolk, VA since July 2021, Kristen previously held the role of Director of Clinical Services at Virginia Beach Psychiatric Center from April 2019 to July 2021. Prior positions include Clinical Supervisor of Emergency Services for the City of Norfolk, VA, from April 2015 to April 2019, and Lead Therapist at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board from September 2010 to April 2015. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Villanova University and attended New Mexico State University from 1997 to 1999.
