Michael Klamm is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering design. Currently serving as the City Engineer for the City of North Little Rock since January 2014, Michael previously worked as a Project Engineer at McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. from April 2011 to July 2013, and as a Project Manager at Garver, LLC from June 2001 to December 2009. Michael's expertise includes the development of construction projects funded by various agencies, overseeing budget management, and ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines. Additionally, Michael held the position of President on the Board of Directors for International Friendship Outreach, contributing to the integration of international students into the local community. Michael began the engineering journey as an intern at the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department and the Mississippi Department of Transportation. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas, earned between 1996 and 2001.
