Tim Pinchek

Tim Pinchek currently serves as the Director of Recreation and Public Engagement for the City of North Olmsted since April 2022. Previously, Tim held the position of Director of Recreation for the City of Avon Lake from February 2016 to April 2022, overseeing the recreation budget, staff, parks, and program implementation. Tim's experience also includes serving as Executive Director and Director of Safety and Compliance at the YMCA of Greater Cleveland from November 2011 to June 2015, where management responsibilities encompassed two facilities and significant budget oversight. Prior to that, Tim was the Director of Recreation for the City of Fairview Park for over a decade, managing recreation staff and program budgets. Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education with a focus on Sports Management and an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Management from Cleveland State University.
