Lyle Waite

Lyle Waite has extensive experience in maintenance and public works management, currently serving as the Maintenance Superintendent for the City of Novato since April 2017, overseeing multiple departments including Streets, Traffic, and Parks. Lyle served as Utilities Maintenance Superintendent for the City of West Sacramento from January 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities included supervising infrastructure maintenance and implementing safety policies. Lyle's career also includes roles as Public Works Supervisor for the City of Rocklin, where management of diverse departments was key, and as a Counselor/Advocate with Stand-Up Placer, assisting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Lyle is a Past President of the Maintenance Superintendents Association (MSA) and has a solid educational background with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Sierra College and further studies at the University of Phoenix.
