Charles Boulard

Charles Boulard has extensive work experience in the field of community development and architecture. Charles started their career as a Project Architect at Bowers and Rein in 1992 and worked there until 1996. Charles then joined the City of Ann Arbor as a Plan Examiner from 1996 to 2002. Following that, they worked as a Building Official for the City of Ypsilanti from 2002 to 2008. Since 2008, Charles has been serving as the Community Development Director for the City of Novi, Michigan.

Charles Boulard obtained their Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Michigan, having studied there from 1981 to 1987. Charles'sfield of study during this time was architecture.
